Why did the customer contact us?

Mark has been replacing his windows over the last 15 years, and he had 5 left to do. The windows were showing signs of seal failure, and water was leaking through the flashing during heavy rain.

What challenges did we face?

We had to gently remove the old windows and capping, check to see if the framing was intact, and install new windows and capping.

Solutions provided:

We were able to install new Okna 500 series windows in the home, along with capping that matched the color of the rest of the house. the windows were properly sealed so that water would not leak in anymore.
