Replaced all the windows in my house after I moved to Newtown. Their quote was competitive and I liked Jim. Crew was great and kept a clean worksite. Windows still work great. I need a new entry door now, and will be calling them again. Called and had them install the entry door. Went great. Then had them come and replace all my gutters. Again 'Job Well Done" Today 1-25-2022, they just installed another door for me. It was well past the expected delivery date, due to factory issues (covid claimed) but, they kept us informed and installed the door the same day it hit their warehouse. That's the 4th job I've trusted Superior with. What more can I say..... Repeat satisfied customer!!

Superior remodelers installed 17 windows and a sliding glass door for us. We have a baby at home, so we were worried that the process would be messy and chaotic. However, the crew was super professional. They went out of their way to work around our baby's nap schedule. They were also very clean, even taking off their shoes in the house. John was a pleasure to work with from our initial call with him, throughout the install process. He personally came out to inspect the work. We also called around to a lot of process and looked at many different types of windows. We felt that John was the least sales-y and really helped to talk through all the different options in a fairly objective way. There was never any pressure. We believe he also gave us a fair price compared to what we received from others, for the value of the windows we choose (Okna).

John and the entire team from Superior Remodelers met our need for our vinyl window replacements as well as a sliding glass door in our Newtown, CT home. I visited their local showroom after seeing an ad in the Bee, and just knowing from word of mouth around town. Upon my unscheduled visit, John showed me a few of the different vinyl replacement window options from a few different manufacturers, highlighted the features of each. Ultimately, after looking at samples from a few different manufacturers, we chose to invest in the Okna 800 Enviro Star series. Due to supply chain and manufacturing issues affecting the entire industry, John forecasted our install would be about 12 weeks from date of order. Right at 12 weeks, John called to say the windows were in, and they were ready to schedule with the install. We agreed on the best day to start, with John being highly flexible to our availability. The install team led by Jonny was on time as expected, and they got right to work. Installing new windows in the dead of January is a daunting task, but these guys worked efficiently and effectively to minimize our heat loss while making progress on the job. Each day they left our home clean and tidy, with their tools tucked away nicely. They were extremely considerate of the needs of our family, and Jonny was always able to answer questions. Our sales guy John even stopped in during the install to answer my questions and see how the project was progressing. Given our experience, we immediately signed a contract to lock in the pricing on additional windows, as well as a front door replacement. The entire team from Superior Remodelers are top notch, honest, straight forward and were willing to provide solution to meet our needs and our budget. I should mention that in addition we had a representative from Lowe's out to give us a quote, and after telling us he wasn't a pushy salesman, he proceeded to quote us a price that 2x that of Superior, and then went so far to say that the 2x price was actually a "special offer good only for 48 hours". Making an investment in new windows is not an easy decision to make, but John and the entire team made it easy and I would recommend to anyone in the market for new windows for their home.

Beautiful workmanship! I'm extremely happy with Superior Remodelers. They are professional, timely, clean, hard workers, and responsive. After getting 3 other quotes, I hired Superior Remodelers to install a new roof and gutters. They came to my home in New Britian on time every morning and started promptly. They installed my new roof using GAF charcoal shingles. They used Azek PVC for trimboard and 6"seamless gutters. All professional grade products. What was most impressive was how they kept me updated daily on their progress with multiple drone pictures of the roof from multiple angles. Drone pictures before, during and after the job is done!! IMPRESSIVE!!!!! I need new windows and plan on calling Superior Remodelers to do the work. My roof looks beautiful! I'm confident my windows will be beautiful, too.

This is the second time I am using these guys for window replacement and again they have done an outstanding job. Okna windows are superior to any other similarly priced windows on the market. The installers did a very good job installing them. It's only been a few days but I already noticed that the house is warmer (we're on wood heat) and stays warmer for longer. The previous Anderson windows were a joke compared to the Okna ones.

We recently moved to Sandy Hook and knew one of the first things that needed updating were the windows. They were the original ones the house was built with, and SO drafty that it was near impossible to keep the house warm. Someone came out within a day or two to do an inspection and make recommendations. We've heard horror stories about how long it takes to get windows, but the estimate from Superior Remodelers was almost half the time and significantly cheaper than other quotes we got. The instillation went perfectly, even in frigid January temperatures, and the new windows make all the difference in the world.

Superior Remodelers installed an entire new roof and replaced 2 Skylights. The Sales Rep John V. along with the Job Site Supervisor Martin and his entire crew were ALL very professional, respectful, hard working and extremely dedicated to ensure a perfect final product. During different phases of the job the Team deployed a drone with camera enabled capability and took before, during and after pictures. The file was provided to me and evidences the detailed workmanship especially with the copper capping around the chimneys. I had a full roof replacement done on my house in Cromwell, CT by Superior Remodelers. The roof installation included Owens Corning Brownwood architectural shingles with custom bent aluminum wrapped fascia and new 6†seamless gutters & downspouts. They also installed Azek PVC trim boards around the garage doors. The experience from start to finish was a pleasure. I was impressed with the quality, timeliness, cleanliness and professionalism of everyone involved in the project. Their attention to detail made them stand out over any other company I have ever used and they left our yard and the work area spotless after the work was completed. I am very happy with the finished project and will definitely be using them again for future needs. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any home improvement work done.

These guys came in, set up their equipment and got to work installing 15 replacement windows—mostly casements and a few sliding windows. Each of the 4 or 5 guys worked on a specific task both inside and outside. They worked smoothly and efficiently for almost 2 days letting us know when they were breaking for lunch, cleaning up as they went and were always fully engaged in the project. I would recommend Superior Remodelers to anyone who wants a good product with good service at a fair price.

We had Superior Remodelers out for multiple installations at our home in Bolton, CT. The installation required replacing 20+ yr old wood casement windows (that were inoperable) with vinyl windows, installing a Provia Storm door, and replacing gutters with 6†seamless gutters and downspouts. The installers did an excellent job from start to finish and left the work areas as clean as they found them. These guys are the best!!! We initially hired Superior Remodelers to install vinyl siding on our home of 36 years. As that job progressed we were very impressed by the level of professionalism displayed by the Superior Remodelers' employees and their commitment to doing the job right. We were also impressed by the fact that they saw to it that our yard was cleared of all construction debris at the end of each day. Upon the completion of what we can only rate as an impeccable siding job we requested that Superior rebuild our existing deck using composite flooring and a maintenance free railing system. The scheduling of the deck rebuild could not have gone more smoothly. As was the case with the vinyl siding installation, the Superior Remodelers' employee assigned to rebuild our deck was meticulous in his approach to the job and did an outstanding job of upgrading our deck and railing system. As was also the case with the previous job, our yard was left clear of all construction debris at the end of each work day. The finished product far exceeded our expectations and greatly enhanced the appearance of our house. Bravo Superior Remodelers! We highly recommend this firm and their outstanding employees.

The windows and patios doors in my home leaked so much cold air that I decided it was time to get replacements. Investing in replacement windows and patio doors is a costly investment. I did my research on different window companies, including Anderson, and decided on using windows sole by Superior Remodelers for the job. I had new composite windows and patio doors installed in my home in November, 2021. It's been a very cold winter, but my home is now toasty and warm. Besides working so well, the window and doors look great. I have had many renovations done to various homes where I've lived over the years, but without a doubt, the crew from Superior Remodelers that came here and did the installation was by far the best. They got to work immediately when they arrived (on time), knew exactly what to do, worked well as a team and cleaned up everything when they were done. Not only did they do their work professionally, they were also so nice and helpful to me. Communicating with management at Superior Modelers has also been a very positive experience. I dealt with John Varca, the General Manager. John always returned my calls timely and it's always been a pleasure to speak with him. I recommended a friend to Superior Modelers and she is also very happy with her new windows and patio doors. I will continue to enthusiastically recommend Superior Modelers.

I used Superior Remodelers recently for my vinyl window installation (including basement windows) and my custom stained (fiberglass) front door (from Provia). I am beyond in love with everything. Installing new windows and the front door completely changed the look of my house. I get compliments all of the time on our new door! The crew was amazing. They were on time, worked so hard and even cleaned up after all of the work! There was a constant draft with my old windows and door and I always felt like my heat was running. About five years ago we bought Okna windows from Jim and we couldn't be happier. They blend in so unobtrusively with the historic character of our old house and the energy efficiency is amazing (i.e.. no more drafts). Last week our house keeper cleaned the windows and got them all of track. I called in for a service appointment and Jim repaired everything almost immediately. I couldn't give a higher recommendation for the quality of their product, installation and quality service.

Had all my windows and slider replaced. This is a professional operation with excellent follow-up on issues and questions. They certainly cared that I was satisfied with the job after it was complete. (this is important!!) Thanks Project Manager Tony Z. We had the Okna windows installed. Love them. Kept us warm in the winter, and really do filter out harmful summer rays that used to turn our living room into an oven. And the side-by-side comparisons you sometimes see where everything looks more crisp and clear like polarized sun glasses. It's true, the views look great. I do feel I paid a bit more than I should have, but overall satisfied. One tip - go with the Azek trim rather than aluminum wrap. We went all Azek and love the look and quality. Didn't cost much more either.

This company appears to be several companies wrapped into 1; superior remodelers, superior windowland, superior spray foam... I was confused at first but I am glad it didn't stop me from going with them. The salesman/part-owner Jim was very nice, and had a no pressure approach. The prices were good. The showroom was great, it really helped us decide what to go with seeing everything laid out in one place. We replaced every window in our house with Okna windows. I am very happy with the installation and the windows look great. The crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. They even came out a few days later for some minor touch ups on the caulk. I will definitely use them again for one of their other services.

Superior Remodelers are by far the most fantastic contractors I have ever worked with. From the beginning, they came to my home to provide a quote for new windows, shingle siding and gutters. Replaced twenty-one of our 20-year old+ wood windows (many that were inoperable) with vinyl ones, and we are very happy with the whole project from Superior Remodelers. We chose OKNA because of the quality of construction and because they could be custom painted. Therefore, our windows do not look like typical replacement vinyl on the outside because they match the original aluminum-clad casings The sales process was patient and straightforward, even after we visited their showroom three times to discuss options. The price of the windows and installation was very fair, and it included a combination of replacement and new construction windows. The installers did an excellent job with the uncertain conditions of the original windows, and were open to adjusting their window trim materials and techniques to accommodate differences created by the new windows.
