Superior remodelers installed 17 windows and a sliding glass door for us. We have a baby at home, so we were worried that the process would be messy and chaotic. However, the crew was super professional. They went out of their way to work around our baby's nap schedule. They were also very clean, even taking off their shoes in the house. John was a pleasure to work with from our initial call with him, throughout the install process. He personally came out to inspect the work. We also called around to a lot of process and looked at many different types of windows. We felt that John was the least sales-y and really helped to talk through all the different options in a fairly objective way. There was never any pressure. We believe he also gave us a fair price compared to what we received from others, for the value of the windows we choose (Okna).
